OPEM is a Pan African Science and Technology pilot Education Center base at Lomé Togo where STEM teachers have also practice, pedagogy and methodology training. OPEM is deeply engage in creating liability between Education and industrial development in Africa. OPEM is also a Pan African research Center for technology and its implementation to solve problems in the society.
In September 2019, OPEM students have created a modern traffic light that can equip any road junction. The following action is to power the equipment by solar energy and to connect it with radar that can flash those who continue driving when the light passes to red.
